These SMS Terms govern any text-message (SMS/MMS) program offered through diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"), operated by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They are provided in advance so that, when we launch SMS messaging, the program is compliant from day one. They supplement the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

12.1 Opt-In and Consent

Our SMS program is opt-in. You will be enrolled only if you provide your mobile number and expressly agree to receive text messages, for example by checking a clearly labelled box or texting a keyword to a published number. Where the law requires (such as under the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act and comparable rules elsewhere), we obtain prior express written consent for marketing texts that involve automated systems. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

12.2 Program Description

When launched, our SMS program may send messages such as exclusive drops, release and tour news, fan-club updates, back-in-stock alerts, order and shipping notifications, and promotional offers. We will describe the specific program, including its name and purpose, at the point of sign-up.

12.3 Message Frequency, Fees, and Carriers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. We will state the expected frequency at sign-up. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12.4 Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send one confirmation and then stop sending marketing texts to that number. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. You may also be able to manage preferences in your account where available.

12.5 Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide and old enough to consent under applicable law. By enrolling, you confirm this and that the number you provide is accurate. If your number changes, please update or re-enrol so we do not message someone else.

12.6 Privacy

We handle the personal information involved in our SMS program as described in the Privacy Policy. We use a reputable SMS provider that acts as our processor; the categories of providers we use are listed in Appendix A — Third-Party Processors. We do not sell your mobile number, and we share it only as needed to operate the program.

12.7 Changes and Contact

We may change or end the SMS program, and we will update these Terms when the program launches or materially changes. For questions:
