Digital Products Policy

This Digital Products Policy applies to digital products offered on diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"), operated by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including digital downloads, music, audio, video, images, and any digital content or services we may offer (together, "Digital Products"). It supplements the Terms of Service and Returns & Exchanges Policy, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

14.1 Licence, Not Sale

When you buy a Digital Product, you do not buy the underlying intellectual property. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company, the Artist, and their licensors, as described in the Legal Notice and Terms of Service.

14.2 Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may download or stream the Digital Product for personal enjoyment on devices you control, where the product allows. You may not copy (beyond what is necessary for personal use and permitted by law), distribute, publicly perform or broadcast, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the Digital Product, remove any rights-management or attribution information, or use it to train AI models, except as expressly permitted. Any music streaming we offer is for personal listening only and subject to these terms.

14.3 Access and Delivery

After purchase, we will provide access to the Digital Product — for example, by a download link, an account entitlement, or a streaming function. Access may require an account and a compatible device, software, and internet connection. Download links may have reasonable limits on the number of downloads or a time window; contact support if you have trouble accessing a product you have paid for.

14.4 Statutory Cancellation and Digital Content

If you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel (for example, in the EU or UK), special rules apply to digital content delivered without a physical medium. Where you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once delivery begins, the cancellation right does not apply after access starts. We will make this choice clear at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Digital Product is faulty or not as described.

14.5 Refunds and Faults

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and can be retained, they are generally non-refundable once access has begun, except where the law provides otherwise or where the product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should. If a Digital Product is defective or does not conform, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. 14.6 Changes and Availability

Digital Products and any associated services may be updated, and availability may change. We will not arbitrarily remove access to a Digital Product you have lawfully purchased; if we must withdraw a product for legal or licensing reasons, we will act consistently with your consumer rights. System and compatibility requirements may change over time.
