Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange products bought on diljitdosanjh.com (the "Site"), operated by Famous Studios Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It works alongside the Terms of Service and the Shipping Policy. This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country; where those rights are more generous than what is set out here, they apply.

6.1 Standard Returns

Unless an item is marked as non-returnable (see Sections 6.6–6.8), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with any tags and seals intact. To start a return, contact us at support@diljitdosanjh.com (or use the returns portal, where available) with your order number. Items returned without first contacting us, or that arrive used or damaged through no fault of ours, may not be eligible for a full refund.

6.2 Statutory Right to Cancel (EU / UK and similar)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar rules, you generally have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, in addition to the standard return window above. To exercise it, tell us clearly within the cancellation period (for example, by email). You then return the goods within 14 days, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return. Certain items are exempt from this right by law, including sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content where you agreed to immediate delivery and waived the cancellation right (see the Digital Products Policy).

6.3 Defective Products

If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund. Please contact us with your order number and a description and photos of the issue. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective or non-conforming items. Statutory guarantee periods (for example, conformity rights in the EU and consumer guarantees in Australia and New Zealand) apply in addition to this Policy.

6.4 Wrong Items

If you receive an item you did not order, contact us promptly and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect item to be returned at our expense. We may ask for a photo to help us resolve the issue quickly.

6.5 Exchanges

Where stock allows, we offer exchanges for a different size, variant, or item of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us within the standard return window. If the replacement costs more, we will collect the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected by the exchange process.

6.6 Final Sale Products

Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable (for example, certain promotional, clearance, or personalised items) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or not as described, in which case your statutory rights apply. We will identify such items before you buy.

6.7 Limited-Edition Products

Limited-edition items are produced in restricted quantities. They may be eligible for return only if defective or not as described, and exchanges may not be possible because replacement stock is not held. We will tell you at the point of sale where these restrictions apply. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are preserved.

6.8 Preorders

For preorder items, you may cancel before the item ships for a full refund of the amount paid, unless we have told you the preorder is non-cancellable for a specific reason permitted by law. Once a preorder has shipped, the standard return rules and your statutory rights apply. Full details are in the Preorder Terms.

6.9 Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless we agree otherwise (for example, store credit or a gift card). After we receive and inspect a returned item, or otherwise approve your refund, we will process it within 3–10 business days; the time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Where the law sets a shorter period (such as the 14-day period for statutory cancellations), that period applies. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by law — for example, for faulty goods or where you exercise a statutory right to cancel the whole order — but we may retain or deduct outbound shipping in other cases as permitted.

6.10 Return Shipping Costs

For standard, change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. For defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly shipped items, and where you exercise a statutory cancellation right that places return costs on us, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.
