Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds are accepted, and no returns honoured. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving it. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with printed receipts. In as-new condition, it is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request/issue with the order

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
